In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Commercial teams in their goals by utilizing your design skills to reinvigorate and enhance our company brand, aesthetics and strategic initiatives.
Objectives
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing and Commercial teams in providing expertise with all branding, marketing and content production where outstanding illustration and design work will be critical in their success. Your ability to understand Abi's brand and mission will be paramount for you to be able to produce on demand graphic material that meets specific project goals. Your graphic design work will be essential in elevating our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success initiatives.
You will:
- Assist in designing and producing creative and engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns and sales materials
- Create product video demos for clients
- Create visual assets for social media platforms, websites, and online advertisements
- Edit and retouch product and brand images to ensure consistency and impeccable quality
Tasks
- Produce on demand graphic design content that aligns with Marketing projects around digital campaigns, branding, events and company presence in the Healthcare and Pharma sectors.
- Responde creatively to new Commercial projects that require graphic design input under tight deadlines and that meet specific client pitch deck requirements
- Use the Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva and internal documentation tools to ensure company branding stays consistent across internal tools and documentation.
- Improve and build on our existing brand and design identity
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Assist in maintaining and organizing design files and assets
Requirements
You are available for a full time role based in Spain with occasional co-working days at the Barcelona office

Your skills & experience
- 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer working for tech companies
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experienced and passionate about digital illustration
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress and/or HubSpot development, Canva and Figma is a plus
- Experience with basic video editing
- Familiar with Google Workspace, in particular with creating content on Google Slides
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices in web and social media design
- Proficient graphic design and illustration skills
