Accountant Interim

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for more complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultants reports and financial statements.
Scope of position is defined by basic problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project.
Objectives are defined and approach is negotiated.
Work is generally not supervised in detail.
Review of work is based on technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy at interim points

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar

CPA or CMA a plus

3-5 years of experience

Good knowledge of English, both oral & Written

Preferible Good knowledge of SAP Finance

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs cost and/or general accounting.

Processes the accounting data used for drafting the balance sheet and accounting statements.

Responsible for the filing of account records.

Updates the company books.

Manages the cash flow.

Assists in the implementation of accounting systems.

Completes reports in an accurate and timely manner and according to business controls and generally accepted accounting principles.

Researches and verifies discrepancies in a current and accurate manner.
