En QUIXOTIC estamos buscando un Chief of Staff altamente motivado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Chief of Staff trabajará directamente dando soporte a la dirección de la empresa para coordinar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la misma. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que las prioridades estratégicas se cumplan y que las operaciones se ejecuten de manera eficiente.


Este rol supervisará las estrategias de nuestros dos productos: SaaS para comercializadoras de energía y comunidades energéticas, así como la relación con los inversores, partnerships


Este rol es perfecto para alguien con aspiraciones de montar su propia startup, ya que ofrece la oportunidad de aprender sobre todos los departamentos y operaciones. Además, tendrás una gran exposición a inversores, clientes y otros actores clave del ecosistema.



 

Responsabilidades:


  • Gestionar una variedad de tareas a través de múltiples departamentos de negocio, (HR, ventas, etc.)
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva y eficiente con otros miembros del equipo, inversores, etc.
  • Apoyo Estratégico: Trabajar directamente con la dirección para definir y ejecutar la estrategia empresarial. Preparar y coordinar reuniones ejecutivas, asegurando que las decisiones estratégicas se implementen adecuadamente.
  • Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar proyectos clave y asegurarse de que se completen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.Priorizar iniciativas y gestionar recursos para maximizar la eficiencia y el impacto.
  • Comunicación y Coordinación: Actuar como enlace entre la dirección y los diferentes equipos, facilitando la comunicación y la colaboración. Redactar informes, presentaciones y comunicaciones internas importantes.
  • Optimización Operativa: Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos y aumentar la eficiencia operativa. Implementar herramientas y sistemas para optimizar las operaciones diarias.
  • Análisis y Reporting: Realizar análisis de datos para informar decisiones estratégicas. Supervisar KPIs y reportar a los diferentes stakeholders sobre el progreso hacia los objetivos marcados. Relación y reporting hacia los inversores.




Requisitos:

Requisitos: 

  • Estar en España
  • Experiencia trabajando en startups y/o operaciones
  • Comprensión de diversas operaciones comerciales
  • Comprensión de operaciones y control financiero
  • Orientación a Resultados: Fuerte enfoque en el cumplimiento de objetivos y en la entrega de resultados de alta calidad.
