We are seeking a highly skilled Business Quality Steward to support our client leading global pharmaceutical company, into their Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) initiative. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of data assets within the EDG platform. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining processes, providing training, and serving as a liaison between IT and business users.
Main Tasks
- Process and Solution Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the EDG platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
- Asset Monitoring: Monitor the quality and consistency of data assets within the EDG platform.
- Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on EDG processes and best practices.
- Liaison and Support: Serve as a point of contact for both IT and business users, providing support and resolving issues.
- Process Definition: Define and document standard operating procedures for EDG processes.
Requirements
- Data Governance: Proven experience in data governance, including metadata management using tools like Collibra.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and other business intelligence tools.
- Pharmaceutical Industry: Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify data quality issues and propose solutions.
- Process Improvement: Experience in process development and training.
- Cross-cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
