Quality Process Auditor

Ontex is een vooraanstaande internationale producent van hygiënische oplossingen voor baby's, vrouwen en volwassenen. We distribueren in meer dan 110 landen via private labels van grote retailers, als ook met onze eigen merken. De group stelt wereldwijd meer dan 10 000 mensen te werk. Ontex staat ook op de lijst van Euronext Brussels.

Als Quality Process Auditor zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces wordt uitgevoerd en opgevolgd volgens de Ontex kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken

Je geeft de afgewerkte producten vrij: je zorgt ervoor dat productierapporten en kwaliteitscontroleverslagen in overeenstemming zijn met het kwaliteitscontroleplan en dat alle acties traceerbaar zijn. Je houdt de productnormen en defectenlijst voor operators aan de productielijn bij. Je besluit over geblokkeerde voorraad, onderzoek naar het probleem, besluit over verwijdering, follow-up van herbewerking, vrijgave van herbewerkte producten aan de markt. Je maakt beslissingen over controle op afwijkingen van grondstoffen aan de productielijn en verzamelt alle relevante informatie ter ondersteuning van de klachtenafhandeling naar de leverancier. Je leeft de specificaties en kwaliteitscontroles na bij het opstarten van nieuwe productieorders. Je verzorgt de follow-up van speciale productieruns: procesvalidatie runs, sample request runs... Je zorgt ervoor dat alle kwaliteitscontroleprocessen in de productielijnen worden geïmplementeerd. Je zorgt ervoor dat afwijkende producten binnen de fabriek worden gecontroleerd en dat beslissingen over afwijkingen worden genomen en vrijgegeven op basis van Ontex-criteria. Je zorgt dat productbatches die op de markt worden gebracht worden gescreend en gecontroleerd volgens de gestelde eisen. Je ondersteunt productie tijdens de omschakeling op de productielijn. Je ondersteunt de monitoring van de prestaties van de producten in het laboratorium. Je ondersteunt validaties van nieuwe concepten/grondstoffen aan de lijn en in het laboratorium. Je coacht het operatorteam en je zorgt voor de beschikbaarheid van een trainingsprogramma.

Jouw profiel

Idealiter vul je een technische opleiding aan met een aantal jaar ervaring in een kwaliteit- of productieomgeving. Werken in een 3 ploegenstelsel vormt geen probleem voor je. Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer die houdt van nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken. Je kan vlot overweg met een PC en je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
