To support this strong expansion and development, we are currently looking for someone to assume the role of FW/SW Technical Director to define and promote the technical guidance of the company, its products and the development of the corresponding software projects.

Reporting to the R&D address, you'll get the chance to:

Define and boost the company's technology guidance with advice to the Company's Management. Define and monitor the technological scope of the projects to be developed in Circontrol. Comply with the costs and deadlines set for the projects to be developed. Technically accompany areas that need the knowledge and evolution of Circontrol products or those of its competence. Monitor and reorient the technological dynamics of R&D&i and Industrial areas. Participate in technical committees, conferences and fairs, national and international. Technical coordination with the rest of the group's companies. Participate in the resolution of incidences of Non-Quality of special relevance. Lead directly in certain strategic projects or of particular technological complexity. Practice participatory leadership of the teams, aligned with the culture and values of the company. Promote the professional development of the team under your responsibility. Ensure good conditions for the job, for its own safety and health at work, using equipment properly using machinery, tools and personal protective equipment and seeking safe and environmental conditions.

Requirements:

Higher or similar engineering studies. Very valuable complementary training in Electricity, Electronics, Computers or Telecommunications and in Project Management and/or MBA. Experience in Technical Project Management within your area of specialty. Advanced level of English. Knowledge of preventive, environmental and emergency measures for the job. Knowledge in PRL. Guidance to sustainability.
