    • Follow-up of B2B/B2C agencies in the market to get the maximum interest and conversion in sales in both individual and group customers.
  • Leading the sales process with students.
  • Manage and attend commercial visits in the residence from the capture of the lead to the final sale, in coordination with the rest of the reception team.
  • Contact and visit both universities and private schools/centers for the promotion of residence.
  • Attendance at fairs and congresses related to the market.
  • Attendance at scheduled meetings of the Leasing and Marketing department in Service Office. Follow-up of the proposed KPIs together with the rest of the receiving team.
  • Completion of sales reports requested by the Leasing department in Service office.
  • Management of computer systems related to lead management (CRM) and accommodation inventory management (PMS)
  • Management of individual reservations, allocation of rooms and explanation of terms and conditions to residents.
  • Management and control of group reservations from collection to final billing.
  • Ensure an unforgettable experience to the resident. Conduct necessary actions, events and other activities and initiatives to create a true community among residents.
  • Solving initial problems regarding the experience of the resident.
  • Give training to the Student Hosts.
  • Management and monitoring of the social media calendar and content creation.
  • Lead and manage the calendar of activities dedicated to the resident's experience during their stay in coordination with the reception team.
  • Direct support to the Residence Manager in any requirement regarding the operation and sales of the residence. Daily communication to track the evolution of sales and experience of residents.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the student accommodation sector, hotels or travel and tourism.
  • Have excellent sales and communication skills (listening, presenting and building relationships), ideally in the student housing sector.
  • Be able to work well in a dynamic and sales-focused team within a hotel environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the business aspects of managing a student residence.
  • Be organized and willing to provide an excellent student experience that will become the talk of the city.
  • Be able to demonstrate high standards when working with objectives / KPI / customer expectations.
