We are currently looking for a motivated Norwegian Customer Support Advisor to join our team either on-site in Athens, Greece, or remotely. If you are a problem-solver who loves helping people and you are fluent in Norwegian, this is a great opportunity for you
Position: Norwegian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage inquiries in a professional manner.
- Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.
