Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets . We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by Linkedin, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals .

Role |We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. Working with and reporting directly to our Accounts Receivable Lead, you will oversee and monitor the accounts receivables monthly close process, invoice accounts, coordination of monthly transfer, reports preparation among others. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys exposure to new and exciting challenges.
Responsibilities |- Reconcile invoices and bills and verify balances to general ledger
- Participate in Accounts Receivables monthly close process
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals, and preparing reports
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
- Reconcile cash for all operating accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist and execute routine month-end accounting functions (recording of accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations, etc.)
- Record of related journal entries
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in Accounting and/ or AR Specialist roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to log and process large amounts of data
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask
- Experience in early or mid-stage startups a plus
