IBP Leader

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of IBP Leader, who will play a pivotal role in building the IBP landscape, aligning sales operations and supply chain functions for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In order to continue to fulfill our ambition as a market leader, the intrinsic demands for the growing business and customer support, the company is seeking for an IBP Leader.

As the IBP Leader, your primary objective is to build and optimize the IBP landscape, strategically aligning sales operations and supply chain (SCE2E) functions for increased efficiency and heightened customer satisfaction. Impact will be measured through the enhancement of our Customer Service Levels.

Key Objectives:
•    Build and establish the entire weekly IBP cycle to ensure effective alignment between sales operations and supply chain.
•    Consolidate and enhance monthly, weekly, and daily forecasts, playing a critical role in nurturing demand plans across regions.
•    Drive the weekly S&OE process to align demand and supply planning , identifying and mitigating potential risks.
•    Analyze and optimize existing processes, proposing improvements or new processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
•    Collaborate in the management and execution of projects related to demand planning and IBP.
•    Prepare insightful reports (in Excel and PowerBI) on forecast performance and evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs).

What do you need to succeed

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
•    Proven experience in building and optimizing IBP/ S&OE structures.
•    Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
•    Excellent ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English.
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments and regions.
