La oportunidad
PUIG está buscando un perfil clave en la construcción y desarrollo de la categoría de maquillaje para una de nuestras marcas.
El candidato ideal será responsable de asegurar el descubrimiento de nuestra línea de productos, una experiencia retail impecable y dinamizar las ventas asegurando la consecución de los objetivos comerciales y KPI’s de negocio.
Proactivo, carismático y con grandes dotes comerciales, el/la Makeup Artist será un embajador de los valores de la marca, fuente de inspiración para el consumidor gracias a nuestros productos y la conexión con el resto de fuerza de ventas para asegurar la prescripción de nuestros productos.
Su perfil creativo, sensible a las últimas tendencias y con capacidad de adaptación al cliente serán atributos clave para el éxito de este consejero de belleza en su día a día. Entre sus funciones, estarán también las de asegurar la perfecta expresión de nuestra marca en cuanto a visibilidad permanente y temporal, e incentivar la formación de toda la dependencia en cuanto a lanzamientos y protocolos de marca.

Tus retos
SER EMBAJADOR DE LA MARCA
• Dar vida y representar los valores de la marca.
• Dar a conocer la marca y sus productos.
• Tener un conocimiento completo de la mercancía en todas las categorías del producto.
CONSEGUIR LOS OBJETIVOS DE VENTAS
• Asegurar una experiencia retail impecable para el consumidor
• Seguir los protocolos de venta de la marca.
• Trabajar para conseguir los objetivos de ventas, según los KPI’s de negocio.
LLEVAR A CABO LOS SERVICIOS DE LA MARCA EN EL PDV
• Llevar a cabo los servicios de maquillaje propuestos por la marca
• Asesorar a las clientas según sus necesidades y preferencias
ASEGURAR LA CORRECTA EXPRESIÓN DE LA MARCA EN EL PUNTO DE VENTA
• Asegurar la excelencia en el punto de venta.
• Asegurar que la visibilidad de la marca cumple con las guidelines y el correcto estado de los materiales.
• Organizar e implementar correctamente las guidelines de retail de la marca.
• Reportar incidencias
FORMAR Y MOTIVAR A LA DEPENDENCIA
• Asegurar que todo el equipo de tienda conoce la marca y sus productos.
• Asegurar la motivación del equipo con la marca a través de formaciones y diferentes actividades.
ELABORAR INFORMES DE SEGUIMIENTO
• Realizar semanalmente un informe de ventas y de seguimiento del punto de venta
• Compartir con el equipo central las últimas tendencias, novedades del mercado y de la competencia
• Compartir con el equipo central el feedback sobre los productos
Nos encantaría conocerte si tienes
• Experiencia en la industria del lujo y la belleza
• Experiencia en retail maquillaje y experiencia consumidor
• Formación en maquillaje
• Dominio en aplicación de maquillaje demostrable
• Gestión administrativa, conocimiento paquete office
• Idiomas: indispensable español e Inglés.
• Basado en Madrid o Barcelona
