What you’ll do

Vodafone Business is the enterprise arm of Vodafone Group, with over €10B in revenue we serve customers all around the world, from small and medium business (SMEs), to large multinationals (MNCs) with a wide variety of products and services. We are part of Vodafone Business Product Engineering and we are looking for a  Cybersecurity Engineering Manager.

We are searching for a seasoned and visionary person to lead a global team of experts in building a best-in-class portfolio of cybersecurity products.

In this role:

you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cybersecurity offerings and driving significant business impact. you will lead a global team of cybersecurity engineers and architects responsible for design, development, and implementation of the cybersecurity products. you will define the product technology vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with our product management colleagues and business objectives. you will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging the exchange of ideas and rapid prototyping. you will manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. you will partner with cross-functional teams (, marketing, sales, product management) to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies. you will stay abreast of the evolving threat landscape and emerging cybersecurity technologies, translating them into actionable product features. you will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and partners in the cybersecurity ecosystem. you will communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on product progress and performance metrics.

We're seeking individuals with:

experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field. proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams in a global environment. demonstrated experience in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies. deep understanding of the cybersecurity software landscape. ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
