Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

As a Critical Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer, you will be joining a rapidly evolving department to enable rapid financial service business model changes. We have a huge appetite for change and you will be asked to adapt quickly to take on more responsibility. You will tackle a challenging and varied array of problems in how we gain further maturity in DevOps tools, processes, and engineering capabilities. You will be an engineer first and foremost, looking for excellent solutions that offer leverage for the company, not just "quick fixes".

What Youll Do

Provide support for a development team from Ops perspective Configure Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines Configure new and already existing environments Participate in discussions, influences outcomes, and makes recommendations on feasibility and processes and architecture Devise/modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results Consult with users and develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels

What You Have

Demonstrable experience with a leading cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Enterprise-scale software development and release management experience Demonstrable experience with one or several facets of infrastructure (Networking, Compute, Security, IAM, Configuration Automation, etc,) Expert knowledge Of at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Scala, Java, Ruby, etc.) Strategic thinking complex problem solving and analytical capabilities Assess and rapidly resolve business critical issues during assigned on-call shifts Able to WFO (1 or 2 days per week)
