At Kantox we are looking for a Sales Operations Intern who will focus on driving current internal processes that aim increasing sales and channel partner effectiveness. You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organisational development. In your day to day you will interact with several stakeholders across the Commercial Team. 

About the team

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success)

Your mission within Kantox 

Responsible for the setup and follow up of relevant sales and channel partner initiatives/processes Support in coordinating and communicating with various sales stakeholders and other departments. Support other stakeholders in analysing and updating data points and KPIs to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and/or potential issues.  Input information and update of in-house databases to ensure the quality and consistency of our data  Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation for internal processes and/or stakeholder meetings as well as follow-ups on data points with channel partners.  Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the sales operations team.  Provide administrative support for project planning and execution, Help in documenting processes and tracking project progress. Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the sales operations function

Who you are

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently Have high level of attention to detail  Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Able to communicate in a clear and structured manner  Have strong organisational skills to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Dynamic and proactive approach to work. Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales operations field. Excel/Google Sheets basic knowledge; Google Slides and Google Sites is a plus Some experience of data maintenance and data entry in CRM, information management systems, databases or similar is a plus Interest in B2B SaaS and Fintech is a plus  Previous experience in collaboration with the sales department is highly valuable  Fluent in English (French, Spanish or German are a plus) Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university for at least 6 months
