Was genau machen wir?

Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Lösungsansätze für Unternehmensprozesse und setzen diese mit SAP- Produkten um. Im Bereich Contact Center setzen wir bei unseren Kunden auf die Lösung Contact Pro der Firma Sinch. Mit anderen Worten: Wir lieben und leben die Projektarbeit – von der Spezifizierung und Konzeptionierung, der Umsetzung und dem Testing bis hin zum GoLive. Wir scheuen keine Herausforderung, denken gerne um die Ecke und finden Lösungen, wo andere Probleme sehen.

Und Sie?

In den vergangenen Jahren konnten Sie als Berater oder Techniker bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Welt der Contact Center Lösungen sammeln. Erfahrungen mit dem SAP Contact Center oder Sinch Contact Pro sind dabei von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Jetzt möchten Sie Ihr Know-How erweitern und sind bereit für neue Aufgaben. Zeigen Sie uns was Sie draufhaben und werden Sie Teil der ECENTA Familie als Contact Center Berater – Sinch Contact Pro (m/w/d)

· Analytisches und prozess-orientiertes Denken gehören zu Ihren Stärken

· Sie sind verhandlungssicher und haben ein Kommunikationstalent. Auch Ihre Präsentationen und Workshops meistern Sie sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.

· Mit der Übersetzung der kundeneigenen Kommunikationsprozesse in Contact Center Lösungen und der Implementierung neuer Lösungen kennen Sie sich bereits aus.

· In den zukünftigen Projekten möchten Sie Verantwortung übernehmen und eine leitende Rolle bei der Erstellung von innovativen Lösungen einnehmen.

· Eigenverantwortung und Selbstinitiative treiben Sie an und Sie sind bereit, eine aktive Rolle auszufüllen, in ihr zu wachsen und zu lernen. So werden Sie zu einem Mitgestalter in unserer ECENTA Familie.
