Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Avanade to accomplish this, these include: Consultants, Sales, Practices Leads, Schedulers from other regions, Regional Resource Lead, Director of Operations.

You'll be pivotal in harmonizing individual aspirations with our strategic objectives, all while maintaining a smooth operational flow.
