Job Description

As a German and Czech Speaking Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with all their service needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to German and Czech-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordination and Logistics: Scheduling and coordinating service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources, and managing service requests with precision.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions, and preparing detailed reports on service activities and customer feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving any service-related issues or concerns that clients may encounter, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry to provide informed and current recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and Czech, with strong communication skills in both languages.
