RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization, you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results.

Your main focus:

Analyze and solve problems using our “Stop the Stops” methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause. Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material. Create machine “Zeroes” that allow us to keep the machine in base condition. Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises. Compile all the information created in the “Operator Book” and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed. Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line. Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership.

The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.

You have successfully led/organized activities in the past, Analytical: you can understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical thinking, Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner, English: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it daily.
