How to contribute to our vision
Working as support in different technical tasks and operations, you will be responsible for;
PowerPoint materials for steering committee meetings, module review sessions. Support the team in implementation, adaptation, updating of new tools or process (i.e. updates in Power BI and creation of new report) Support project detailed scheduling & task management in New Project Development or Technology Development Projects Support on monitoring department resource levels and project resource planning Support on tracking project activity list and chase critical task updates Support on budget preparation & necessary documentation. Support on creation of module annual calendar. Other ad hoc tasks for the teamWhat you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
To be successful in this role, you need to be enrolled and studying in a Bachelor or Master program (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of management & engineering, business administration, strategy, project management or similar fields or similar in combination with thorough practical experience.
Additionally, you need to have;
Good skills at MS Office programs (i.e. MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Project..) A structured, proactive, and analytical approach A team player mentality Willingness to learn new skills An Ability to work with very diverse team in multi-cultural environment. Excellent fluency in English both orally and in writingMost importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
