Buscamos incorporar Ingenieros/as para realizar actividades de Cumplimiento Normativo para el proyecto que se les asigne. Estos proyectos pueden ser de soluciones descarbonizadas (captura de CO2, H2, FOW) GNL o biocombustibles. En ellos, estará en interfaz con equipos de otras disciplinas (gestión de proyectos, compras, construcción), así como con Contratistas de construcción, Agencias de inspección, Clientes, Autoridades notificadoras.

Ubicación: Madrid

Modalidad de trabajo: híbrida

Responsabilidades:

  • Establecer, mantener e implementar procedimientos de proyecto relacionados con el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Asegurar una adecuada comunicación con la gestión de proyectos y el cliente.
  • Revisar las regulaciones nacionales identificadas como aplicables por el consultor legal e informar al proyecto sobre las regulaciones que tienen impacto en cada fase del proyecto, brindando apoyo para clarificar cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar que la documentación de cumplimiento normativo sea robusta y esté disponible.
  • Establecer y mantener un registro de permisos.
  • Establecer e implementar una estrategia de marcado CE, coordinación y apoyo al proyecto para las Directivas Europeas aplicables PED, ATEX, Directiva de Máquinas, EMC, LV, etc. Adaptar el flujo de trabajo y transmitir los requisitos a proveedores y subcontratistas. Establecer y ejecutar contratos con el Organismo Notificado.
  • Para Clasificación, Bandera y Verificación, establecer y ejecutar contratos con terceros. Asegurar que todos los intercambios con terceros se realicen de manera oportuna y con la calidad adecuada. Asegurar que los requisitos se transmitan a proveedores/subcontratistas si es necesario y que la certificación final se reciba a tiempo.
  • Apoyar al proyecto en la coordinación de estándares de desempeño.

Requisitos: 

  • Titulación técnica o grado de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en la industria del petróleo y gas o en energías renovables, y experiencia de trabajo con organizaciones externas y autoridades nacionales.
  • Competencias digitales: conocimiento y uso avanzado de MS Office.
  • Competencias lingüísticas: nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
  • Capacidad para reportar el cumplimiento con los estándares.
  • Capacidad para proporcionar informes claros, precisos y exactos que indiquen el cumplimiento con los requisitos del código de construcción aplicable y/o especificaciones del proyecto.
  • Comprensión de proyectos industriales en el sector energético.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación, capacidad para trabajar con organizaciones externas, autoridades locales, clientes, proveedores, subcontratistas e, internamente, con múltiples disciplinas.
