En Grupo Planeta buscamos incorporar un/a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) para liderar el área tecnológica de uno de nuestros proyectos más innovadores, especializado en el desarrollo de soluciones digitales avanzadas, con un enfoque en el procesamiento de datos y la inteligencia artificial. El proyecto está en pleno proceso de expansión, con el objetivo de consolidar su presencia en nuevos mercados y optimizar sus productos en sectores clave.

Misión y objetivos del puesto

El/La CTO será responsable de la dirección y ejecución de la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía. Trabajará estrechamente con la dirección del grupo y liderará el equipo técnico para garantizar que el producto siga evolucionando de manera innovadora y alineada con las necesidades del mercado, asegurando además la continuidad y estabilidad del proyecto.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Liderar el equipo tecnológico y definir la arquitectura técnica para soportar el crecimiento de la empresa.
  • Desarrollar e implementar código de alta calidad en sintonía con las mejores prácticas del sector.
  • Asegurar el mantenimiento y optimización de la infraestructura tecnológica, gestionando el entorno en AWS.
  • Explorar e implementar soluciones en el campo de la Inteligencia Artificial, buscando siempre la innovación y mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de producto y operaciones para garantizar que las soluciones tecnológicas cumplen con los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Gestionar la seguridad y el cumplimiento normativo, dado el contexto legal en el que opera.
  • Evaluación de Tendencias y Competencia: Estar al tanto de las tendencias del mercado tecnológico y analizar a la competencia para mantener a la empresa a la vanguardia.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo tecnológico, idealmente como CTO o similar en startups o empresas tecnológicas.
  • Conocimientos en Ingeniería Informática, Software o similar (se valorará formación adicional en Inteligencia Artificial).
  • Sólida experiencia en desarrollo de software: Django, Python, API REST, Angular y React.
  • Experiencia demostrable en el manejo y optimización de Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Conocimientos en Infraestructura y Mantenimiento, Docker y el uso de contenedores.
  • Valoramos positivamente conocimientos en ecosistemas legales y normativa de protección de datos.
  • Experiencia demostrable en IA, Big Data, Machine Learning o tecnologías generativas.
