We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated and skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

Design people transformationinitiatives based on a deep understanding of HR processes, business strategies and leading practice point of views in thehuman capital space with innovative solutions.Lead large-scale transformation projectsfrom a people perspective making use of provenproject management methodologies.Evaluate and manage client challenges so that our clients canmaximizethereturn on their global investment in human capitalthrough technology.Lead client-facing workforce transformationworkstreams to support our clients in the following areas:talent and skill management, learning strategy, organization design and architecture, and workforce analytics.
The successful candidate will be expected to:

Be able to effectively support all aspects of engagement delivery end-to-end with a strong client focus, working closely with other team members to successfully deliver project outcomesBe a fast learner and analytical thinkerHave great communication and collaboration skillsHave experience working in a complex, fast moving environment and dealing professionally with multiple stakeholdersBe able to work effectively with little supervision and tight deadlinesHave strong execution, ownership and accountability skillsBe a team playerManage work and personal commitments within an agile working policy, which means having space for flexibility in how, when and where you complete your work to meet project deliverables
The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferredMinimum of 3 years' consulting experience with Human ResourcesEnglish ProficiencyOther certifications: Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, HR technology certifications
