Start your career with the Strategic Student Program (SSP)
The SSP is our formalinternship programs at SIEMENS Software. You will be mentored by guides andwork directly with costumers to create direct business impact and againinvaluable professional experience
The program will last for12 months from summer 2024 to summer 2025. There will be opportunity to learnand contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process, withemphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your developmentand deliver something useful.
Aboutthe team
Based in Madrid, Spain,we are a team of creative problem solvers, strong in maths and visual thinking.Our goal is to make Computer Aided Design easy and enjoyable, through ourdevelopment of Siemens’ . We enjoy our work because of the substantial technical and creativechallenges and because of its visual and spatial nature.
We are tasked withdeveloping new solutions and given the time to innovate. We believe thatinnovation is incremental, experimental and team based. We take time to protectour intellectual property with around 30 patents filed.
We have a relaxed andflexible working atmosphere and a culture of mutual respect and sharedresponsibility for getting the job done. Our modern office is centrally-based,and benefits from a range of social activities for the 200 employees who workhere.

We're seeking passionateindividuals studying Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,Science, Engineering, or related fields. What you’ll be doing at the Strategic Student Program (SSP)
This is a softwaredevelopment internship focusing on the design, implementation and testing ofcode in a variety of languages (C++, C#, Python) within a modern Agileenvironment. The internship will last for 12 months from September 2024 toAugust 2025. There will be opportunity to learn and give in a variety of areasof the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievableprojects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.
All about you
Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience of C++, C#, Python. Enjoy creative problem-solving and possess a passion for writing code. Clear visual problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to collaborate in a friendly team environment. Eager to design and write new, interesting code.WhyWorking at Siemens Software?
