As a Polish Speaking Recruiter, your day-to-day will be anything but mundane You'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing connections with potential candidates in Poland
  • Carrying out recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Ensuring the best match between candidate and client
  • Providing ongoing support to both candidates and clients

So what are we looking for in you? Well, we don't require any experience, but we do need:

  • A valid European Union passport or equivalent
  • Fluency in Polish
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
