You'll be based on our stunning campus in Las Rozas. Role description

The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies located in the United States and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative.


In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four week onboarding process to prepare you to excel as a Anteriad BDR.


Uncapped Commission System


Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck.



Schedule:

Monday - Friday 14:00-20:00

*Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.

  • C2 English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
  • Able to work legally in Spain
  • Experience in lead generation and business development is a plus
