Role Description

We are on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join the Patrique Mercier Recruitment team. This entry-level position involves identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the interview and hiring process. Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate databases and collaborating with our team to optimize hiring procedures. As a remote role, you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch language
  • Valid European passport
  • Ability to attend a 4-month fully paid mandatory training in Athens, Greece
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
