Titulación requerida:
  • Grado en Ingenierías industriales, ingenieros mecánicos, eléctricos y/o similares.
  • Ingenieros informáticos, telecomunicaciones o similares.
Descripción
El “Field Engineer” brinda servicios de implementación, resolución de problemas, formación y asistencia a nuestros clientes. Los “Field Engineers” configuran y validan la funcionalidad y el rendimiento de nuestros productos en relación con los objetivos del proyecto.
Responsabilidades
  • Instalar y configurar el hardware y el software del sistema de serialización, donde se incluyen sistemas de visión, impresión y maquinaria automatizada.
  • Brindar soporte de configuración de hardware, software y equipo a nuestros clientes, además de asistencia técnica para ayudar a solucionar problemas y reparar equipos.
  • Instalar equipos nuevos o modificados en las instalaciones del cliente para garantizar la funcionalidad completa de acuerdo con las especificaciones, incluidas pruebas eléctricas, mecánicas y de configuración óptica.
  • Coordinar la resolución de problemas con los departamentos de ingeniería y otros departamentos para agilizar las reparaciones.
  • Comunicar y alertar a los Gerentes de Proyecto de todas las excepciones y / o situaciones que puedan afectar a los entregables de un proyecto.
  • Desarrollar y conducir la formación a clientes de la operación segura de los equipos.
  • Seguir todo el cumplimiento necesario con las normas de seguridad a través del conocimiento de las normas y estándares de la FDA/EMA.
  • Comprender la metodología de prestación de servicios de la empresa y actuar como primer responsable de las relaciones con el cliente.
Requisitos
  • No se requiere experiencia previa – existe un programa de formación a cargo de la empresa
  • Disponibilidad para viajar, incluyendo viajes nacionales e internacionales (80% del tiempo puede ser requerido para viajar)
  • Nivel de inglés alto B2/C1. Dominio de otros idiomas deseable
  • Excelente orientación de servicio al cliente
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas técnicos
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
