Nous sommes un distributeur de matériels et solutions de communication professionnelle (visioconférence, casques, téléphones fixes et mobiles, de talkies-walkies, de standards téléphoniques..). Poste

En coordination avec les autres directions de BU vous aurez à :

· Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement commercial

Une fois adoptée, vous la déclinez et accompagnez les équipes commerciales, en vue d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires, la marge brute, le portefeuille de clients, le développement des services, la fidélité de la clientèle, et les résultats financiers de la BU.

· Diriger et animer les ressources de la BU France & Europe (Allemagne, UK, Benelux, Espagne, Italie, Portugal)

Constituées par les équipes commerciales généralistes (SMB, Mid Market, Grands comptes), de l’équipe commerciale spécialiste (équipe visio composée d’un avant-vente et d’un chargé d’affaire), du service client, de l’ADV et du SAV, vous assurez le suivi hebdomadaire du pipeline clients avec ses managers et la mise en place de plans d’actions. Vous gérez également les réunions commerciales mensuelles.

· Construire les budgets annuels correspondant à la stratégie de développement décidée

Vous en déterminez les grands objectifs et les répartissez sur les différents services dont vous avez la charge, vous êtes le(a) garant(e) du P&L de Onedirect

· En interne comme en externe vous êtes ambassadeur(rice) du développement de Onedirect

En dirigeant notamment les directions marketing, achats & supply chain,

- Construction et présentation des Business plans et des plans marketing et dans leur mise en œuvre auprès des commerciaux ainsi qu’à destination des clients,

- Garant de la stratégie de pricing des différents pays, en collaboration étroite avec les pricing manager international, notamment relatives au Web

- Participation et gestion des Business Reviews avec nos partenaires fournisseurs ainsi que participation à des salons professionnels en France ou événements Groupe

Par ailleurs, vous contribuez à l’élaboration de la stratégie de l’offre et à la création de synergies avec les autres entités du groupe et vous revêtez un rôle clé dans l’implémentation de nouveaux outils digitaux et dans la conduite du changement.

Profil

De formation supérieure en management / école de commerce ou équivalent et avec une expérience significative sur un poste équivalent , vous êtes un(e) véritable patron(ne) de PME avec de solides connaissances marketing/web (eCommerce) dont vous maîtrisez les leviers de développement (acquis idéalement dans les métiers des produits et solutions de communication, de l'IT ou de l'IoT).

Véritable manager opérationnel et proche de ses équipes , vous savez les faire monter en compétences et partager avec eux votre culture du business development. Vous maitrisez l'écosystème de la vente en ligne de produits technologiques, notamment les partenariats avec les fournisseurs.

Trilingue en anglais et espagnol afin de pouvoir échanger facilement avec vos homologues européens.

Poste en CDI basé à Barcelone ou Perpignan avec des déplacements très réguliers entre les deux sites. Merci d'indiquer vos prétentions salariales.

Position

In coordination with the other Business Units managers, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing the sales development strategy

Once the sales strategy has been approved, you will implement and support the sales teams in order to increase turnover, gross margin, customer portfolio, services development, customer loyalty, and BU financial results.

Leading and managing the resources of the BU France & Europe (Germany, UK, Benelux, Spain, Italy, Portugal)

Made of generalist sales teams (SMB, Mid Market, Key Accounts), and a specialist sales team (video team composed of a pre-sales and an account manager), customer service, sales administration, and after-sales service, you ensure weekly follow-up of the client pipeline with its managers and the implementation of action plans. You also manage monthly sales meetings.

Building annual budgets corresponding to the decided development strategy

You determine the main objectives and allocate them to the different services under your responsibility. You are responsible for Onedirect's P&L.

Internally and externally, you are an ambassador for Onedirect's development

By managing the marketing, purchasing & supply chain departments,

- Building and presenting Business plans and marketing plans and implementing them with sales teams and clients,

- Guaranteeing the pricing strategy of the different countries, in close collaboration with international pricing managers, particularly concerning the Web

- Managing the Business Reviews with our supplier partners as well as participating in professional trade shows in France or Group events

Moreover, you contribute to the development of the product strategy and the creation of synergies with other entities of the group, and you play a key role in the implementation of new digital tools and change management.

Profile

With a higher education degree in management/business school or equivalent and significant experience in a similar position, you are a true SMB leader with solid marketing/web (eCommerce) knowledge and mastery of development levers (ideally acquired in the fields of communication products and solutions, IT, or IoT).

As an operational manager close to your teams , you know how to develop their skills and share with them your business development culture. You master the ecosystem of online sales of technological products, particularly partnerships with suppliers.

Trilingual in English, French and Spanish to facilitate communication with your European counterparts.

Permanent position based in Barcelona or Perpignan with very regular travel between both sites. Please indicate your salary expectations.
