Responsibilities

Delivery and Support is responsible for the management of the local administration of IT services (Computer Systems). It has operational responsibility for the infrastructure components of the servers (connected to ZF Net), network devices and equipment within the local site.

Tasks:

Implement WIO (Workplace Infrastructure Operations) global strategy action plans at the local level. Manage the Help Desk administration system: receive incidents from users that interrupt the normal operation of work and that require support on hardware or software, generate queries about the operation and use of available computer resources, etc. Call logging in the Help Desk. Weekly meetings with Delivery and Support members from the Spain and Portugal region. Manage incidents: identify problems and assign them priority, according to established criteria; Follow up on incidents until they are resolved, inform the user of the incident and confirm their satisfaction. Analyze the activity of the IT area with the aim of improving the service and the operation of the users. Implement infrastructure monitoring, develop availability plans, manage Service Level Targets. Plan and manage business continuity plans and recovery procedures. Apply global approaches to standardization, consolidation, and virtualization. Manage hardware and software resources to support business requirements, monitoring performance and network capacity. Collaborate in the administration of software licenses, detecting and reporting illegal use of software to the person in charge of the service. Send periodic reports of the activity carried out to the person in charge of the service. Design, deploy, and maintain the local network, servers, and storages. Ensure the security of ZF's resources. Execute contingency plans in those cases in which the person in charge of the service indicates it. Execute preventive, proactive and/or improvement actions. Execute the test disaster recovery and plan. Manage data backup. Contribute to the development of standards and procedures manuals. Install and configure user and commonly used equipment and devices according to ZF standards. Support for users on ZF systems: ADTRW (Active Domain TRW), local domains, MyTRW, ZIM (ZF Identity Management), ZWORLD, etc. Contribute to the control of the user database and inventory of computer assets. Manage local suppliers. Carry out financial management: plan the budget and manage the effective costs of IT expenses

EHS Competencies:

Comply with all the regulations in relation to the prevention of occupational risks established by the company. Comply with all environmental and energy management standards established by the company. Know ZF's EHS and Energy policies. Know the procedure for action in the event of an emergency, defined in the emergency and evacuation plan of the facilities. Know and understand the risks and preventive measures in the safety data sheet of your workplace. Actively participate in the EHS programs, workshops, kaizen events, etc. promoted by the company, taking into account the EHS aspects that are raised in them. Communicate any situation of risk, incident or accident to both people and facilities. 

Qualifications

Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS)

Knowledge:

Good understanding of the main infrastructures: local network/networking concepts, including areas such as Intranet, Internet, VPN (Virtual Private Network), security devices, telephony, DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) and TCP/ IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol). General security of infrastructure systems. Microsoft/operating system management principles.

Languages:

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Desirable competencies:

1 year's experience in a similar position. Training in occupational risk prevention, basic level.
