The Position

Roche Diagnostics España está buscando un Field Service Enginne r para formar parte de su equipo de Engineering Support. Este puesto requiere residencia en Santiago de Compostela (Galicia).

Te encargarás de:

Planificación y ejecución de todas las tareas relacionadas con la instalación, el mantenimiento preventivo y las visitas de emergencia a nuestros instrumentos

Garantizar un soporte al cliente único y de alta calidad.

Garantizará una atención al cliente de primer nivel colaborando estrechamente con especialistas en aplicaciones, especialistas en TI y con el área comercial.

Informes de las tareas diarias en el sistema Rexis CRM.

Capacitación y orientación a clientes en el uso de nuestros instrumentos.

Así es nuestro/a Especialista:

Estudios en Ingeniería Técnica o Grado Universitario en electrónica, bioingenieria, robótica...

Una amplia experiencia técnica, preferiblemente con conocimientos de IT con experiencia en resolución de problemas y reparación de problemas complejos o habilidades transferibles similares.

Enfoque centrado en el cliente: mostrar un profundo compromiso para brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Enfoque de resolución de problemas: Habilidades innatas de resolución de problemas junto con una capacidad de pensamiento crítico y la formulación de soluciones innovadoras. En situaciones exigentes y mantener la calma en situaciones bajo presión.

Responsable, flexible, con mentalidad de servicio y se orientado a la consecución de objetivos en los plazos previstos.

Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para viajar en un porcentaje del tiempo.

Buenas habilidades comunicativas.

Buen nivel de inglés.

Inquietud por trabajar en equipo y buena disposición para ello.

Altamente valorable el conocimiento previo del mundo del laboratorio.
