This Coordinator supervises all scaffolding activities on Site and ensures compliance with schedule, quality and HSE requirements, and:

• Supervise construction-related scaffold work activities. Inspect scaffold holding for compliance to project, local and industry standards.
• Maintain schedule and cost control within assigned field functions of the project.
• Plan and monitor required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, materials are available.
• Read and understand drawings, plans and specifications related to scaffolding and ensure that safe working conditions are maintained in all the scaffolding on Site.
• Introduce and maintain a scaffold inspection system comprising weekly checks of all erected scaffold. Participate in audits, inspections and safety observations tours.
• Coordinates the activities of contractors performing work within a discipline.
• Ensures that scaffold inspectors are erectors are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures.
