La empresa ubicada en Sant Just Desvern, busca incorporar a su equipo la posición de un/a Execution Specialist (Especialista en ejecución) con dominio de inglés.
Podrás formar parte de un equipo que va a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites para alcanzar el éxito en tu posición, así como también podrás poner en práctica a diario tus conocimientos de inglés. Así como también serás parte de un equipo operativo, responsable de ejecutar diversos flujos de Europa Occidental, desde la creación de aplicaciones GTM, ejecución de compras y la creación de acumulaciones, hasta la ejecución de ventas a clientes finales. , para cumplir con los requisitos comerciales en SAP; incluida la ejecución de operaciones de omisión de documentos, licitaciones, etc.
Las funciones principales a desarrollar son:
- Crear aplicaciones en GTM/SAP.
- Crear facturas comerciales, proformas según requerimientos del negocio.
- Crear créditos, débitos y acumulaciones según requerimientos del negocio.
- Guardar facturas comerciales, proformas, créditos y débitos adecuadamente para fines de auditoria.
- Contabilización de facturqas de proveedores/as.
- Cálculo de calidad, mermas y sentamientos de GAFTA/FOSFA.
- Emisión de certificados de seguros
- Mantener y promover una sólida cultura de seguridad y seguimiento de todos los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad. .
- Gestión de facturas, seguimiento de operaciones, colaboración con equipos comerciales y otros.
Requisitos- Licenciatura en Gestión Empresarial, Logística, Calidad o afines.- Deseable mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en Gestión empresarial, logística o campo afín.- Se requiere fluidez y dominio del inglés - Manejo de informática (MS Office, herramientas analíticas, SAP).- Experiencia en SAP.- Valorable de 1 a 2 años de experiencia. - Nivel elevado de Excel- Deseable conocimiento en contratos GAFTA/FOSFA/NOFOTA
Responsabilidades
-Duración: contrato por cobertura de IT, maternidad-Salario: de 33.000 k brutos/anuales-Horario: Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18, con una hora para comer. -Otros beneficios: posibilidad de teletrabajo a coordinar con el equipo.
