HR Manager

At Packfeeder as part of the Rotzinger Group (Swiss Industrial Multinational) we are dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of our worldwide patented mechanical and robotic packaging positioning machinery.

Your impact

• As part of a small team, you will be responsible for HR personnel administration (the entire employee lifecycle) for the company Packfeeder
• You advertise the positions and support the managers in the holistic recruitment process
• You ensure the administration and are responsible for all HR tasks
• You will support the introduction of digital HR tools (expenses, time recording, etc.)
• We also look forward to active participation in various HR projects and events throughout the company

Your profile

• Training/further training in HR or business administration (university degree) is a plus
• Practical expertise in HR (e.g. HR specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage)
• High IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Office applications and digital HR tools
• Team spirit and yet a high level of initiative and an independent, quality-orientated way of working
• Flawless knowledge of Spanish as well as good oral and written knowledge of English
