En Grupo Planeta nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Web Master, responsable de liderar el proyecto web; creación, dirección, administración y control del sitio web con el objetivo de contribuir a los objetivos del negocio.

¿Cuál será tu principal misión?

  • Asegurar el perfecto funcionamiento de la web y de su contribución a los objetivos de negocio.
  • Actualizar la información sobre productos, servicios u otros (noticias, eventos, promociones y ofertas). Coordinación con equipo Marketing & Comunicación y resto de equipos.
  • Añadir imágenes, contenido nuevo o editar el existe.
  • Optimización de la web y de su estructura mediante la sugerencia de mejoras.
  • Supervisión del tráfico y analítica web (tasa de rebote, páginas más visitadas, tiempo promedio de visita, etc.).
  • Implementar estrategias SEO para mejorar el posicionamiento orgánico en buscadores.
  • Gestionar el rendimiento del sitio web y resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Coordinarse con desarrolladores y diseñadores externos según sea necesario.
  • Supervisar la implementación de las mejores prácticas de UX/UI para garantizar una buena usabilidad.
  • Realizar pruebas A/B para evaluar e implementar mejoras.
  • Asegurar la compatibilidad del sitio web en diferentes navegadores y dispositivos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías web.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu CV?

  • Educación: Licenciatura en ingeniería informática, ciencias de la computación, formación profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o comunicaciones o CFGS en diseño.
  • Idiomas: inglés nivel advanced o bilingüe
  • Herramientas:

CMS y Desarrollo Web:

  • Drupal: Conocimiento avanzado y experiencia en la gestión de contenidos.
  • WordPress: Experiencia en diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento.
  • Sitebuilder: Familiaridad con herramientas de construcción de sitios web.

Programación y Diseño Web:

  • HTML/CSS: Sólidos conocimientos para crear y modificar páginas web.
  • PHP: Experiencia en programación del lado del servidor para desarrollar funcionalidades web.
  • JavaScript: Competencia en scripting para mejorar la interactividad de la web.
  • Frameworks y Librerías: Familiaridad con Bootstrap, jQuery, React o Angular para el desarrollo de interfaces dinámicas.

Optimización y SEO:

  • SEO Tools: Experiencia con herramientas como Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, y Google Search Console para el seguimiento y mejora del posicionamiento orgánico.
  • Estrategias SEO: Conocimiento en optimización on-page y off-page.
  • Google Tag Manager: Implementación y gestión de etiquetas para seguimiento y análisis.

UX/UI:

  • Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch: Uso de herramientas de diseño para prototipos y wireframes.
  • Principios de Diseño: Conocimiento en diseño centrado en el usuario y pruebas de usabilidad.

Analítica Web:

  • Google Analytics: Experiencia en análisis de tráfico, comportamiento del usuario y conversión.
  • Heatmaps: Utilización de herramientas como Hotjar o Crazy Egg para el análisis de la interacción del usuario.
  • A/B Testing Tools: Uso de herramientas como Optimizely o VWO para pruebas y optimización.

Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Trello/Asana/JIRA: Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y tareas.
  • Slack/Microsoft Teams: Herramientas de comunicación y colaboración en equipo.
