Actualmente estamos seleccionando Site Managers para plantas FV, para distintas obras que se ejecutarán a nivel nacional (Zaragoza, Cuenca, Huesca, Zamora, ...), para importante ingeniería nacional en plena fase de expansión.


La MISIÓN que tendrás es:


Supervisión técnica de obra, en proyecto solar fotovoltaico.


Tus Funciones principales serán:


· Supervisión de la construcción para asegurar que el trabajo terminado está conforme a las especificaciones mínimas del contrato EPC y a la ingeniería aprobada.

· Realización de reuniones periódicas de obra con las diferentes entidades involucradas en la construcción para el seguimiento y control del correcto avance de los trabajos.

· Monitorear y dar seguimiento al avance de obra de las actividades realizadas en el proyecto día a día.

· Realización de informes mensuales para informar al Cliente sobre el estado y avance del proyecto.

· Seguimiento del plan de logística para asegurar que en el envío de los equipos principales se cumpla las fechas de salida de origen y fecha de llegada a obra, según el cronograma aprobado.

· Inspección visual de los equipos principales llegados a obra y aprobados por la ingeniería.

· Seguimiento del plan de calidad para asegurar que está conforme y se da cumplimiento a lo acordado por contrato.

· Seguimiento y control de la apertura y/o cierre de no conformidades acorde al sistema de calidad que se halla acordado para la realización de los trabajos.

· Inspección, control y conteo de la descarga de material de contenedores.

· Resolución de conflictos con proveedores y trabajadores, y demás implicados en la Obra.

· Gestión de trabajadores/as.

Requisitos para ocupar el puesto de trabajo:

· Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, con fuertes conocimientos en Fotovoltaica, así como conocimientos generales en civil, eléctrica, mecánica.

· Para el rol es necesario elevada experiencia demostrable como supervisor de obras.

· Persona proactiva, dinámica y con iniciativa.

· Capacidad de dirigir y con alta capacidad de resolución de conflictos, dado que será la persona que negocie con proveedores, contratistas y trabajadores/as.

· Buena actitud hacia el trabajo,
