From the CORPORATE business unit, we are looking for a Data Governance, located in our headquarters in Barcelona.
What will be your purpose within Semillas Fitó?
To ensure that critical data used in the sourcing and procurement process is up to date, consistent (reliable), integrated into management systems and can be maintained for easy analysis and reporting.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Data Standards Definition: Work closely with sourcing and procurement teams to establish clear data quality and formatting standards.
- Data Cleansing and Normalisation: Identify and correct incorrect, incomplete or duplicate data. This involves cleansing and normalising records to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
- Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensuring that critical data used in the sourcing and procurement process is up to date and consistent. ** Essential to avoid problems such as incorrect orders, late deliveries or out-of-stocks **.
- Data Governance: Contribution to establishing data governance policies and procedures governing access, security and privacy of information.

Requirements:
You are the talent we are looking for if...
- You have a degree with demonstrable training in data analysis and governance
- It is desirable to have a Master's degree in Data Management, Data Science, Business Analytics and/or similar
- 2 years of more experience in similar positions, always in multinational, multicultural and/or larger environments
- It will be an asset if the candidate has experience in agribusiness and/or related industries.
- Be Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Query and ERP D365 knowledge.
- Advanced English is a must. Knowledge of another language would be an asset
