Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a Store Manager para nuestra tienda ubicada en Mallorca Fashion Outlet.

El perfil que tenemos en mente es una persona que posea un espíritu enérgico, ambicioso y apasionado por lo que hace día a día. Al corriente de las nuevas tendencias del sector, y que quiera desarrollarse en una compañía internacional en pleno proceso de expansión. 

Algunas de las principales tareas y responsabilidades como Store Manager de Lindt son:

Garantizar una experiencia memorable a cada cliente, ofreciendo los más altos niveles de servicio en base a la cultura de Lindt. Motivar y formar a tu equipo de ventas (horarios, planificación, selección de personal, gestión del desempeño, coaching...). Coordinar y gestionar la tienda de acuerdo a los estándares de Imagen y Visual Merchandising marcados. Establecer y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y de negocio. Avalar las operaciones diarias de la tienda: control de stock, reposición, pedidos e inventarios. Promover iniciativas de mejora que desarrollen y eleven el rendimiento del negocio. 

Requisitos

Experiencia profesional y herramientas:

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar. Valorable experiencia anterior con una Premium Brand de similares características. Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos (formación, selección y desarrollo). Experiencia previa en el análisis y gestión de KPI’s. Imprescindible nivel avanzado de castellano. Valorable nivel alto de inglés.

Habilidades:

Eres una persona apasionada del Retail y te entusiasman los clientes. Eres una persona dinámica, flexible y proactiva. Te consideras organizado/a y detallista con gran capacidad de comunicación y orientación a objetivos.  Te gusta y promueves el trabajo en equipo. Estás acostumbrado/a a dar y recibir Feedback a tu equipo de trabajo.  Posees grandes habilidades para manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno de venta a un público exigente y en constante evolución.
