Role Description

As our Danish speaking customer service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll spend your day handling incoming calls, responding to emails and messages, and ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience. You'll solve problems, provide information about our products and services, and most importantly, make our customers feel valued and appreciated.
