Mission:

This position ensures the implementation of the CUPRA dealer network development strategies, international policies and procedures, securing a solid and professionalized network to reach relevant company objectives (profit, brand equity, capillarity, ) in an efficient and effective manner.

Definition, alignment and communication of both the quantitative & qualitative DND Targets among the Markets on responsibility Ensuring of the DND Targets achievements following a constant monitoring and professional counselling to the Markets on responsibility Plan, negotiate, coordinate, and define with the Markets on responsibility the specific CUPRA market areas and evaluate the sales potential Decision of CUPRA investors which are valid candidates for future CUPRA network and match list of potential investors with the CUPRA market areas Right of veto for locations and/or Point of Sales (PoS) which are not valid for being part of the future CUPRA network according to the brand values Analysis of Dealer Business cases to determine the profitability and the most suitable format based on sales potential and investment cost Implementation of digital tools at dealer network according to the brand framework and guidelines Approval of site and floor planning for every PoS according to the guidelines regarding Corporate Identity & Corporate Design (CI/CD) CUPRA City Garages and Garages in all roll-out phases: scouting, design, business case, approval process, general construction, installation and opening Monitoring of results and steering of measures to guarantee good performance of SEAT&CUPRA Customer Satisfaction for Sales & Aftersales Steering of the implementation and performance of the CUPRA Agency Model within SEAT S.A. and CUPRA organizations Steering of Recruitment, Qualification & Motivational Programs within SEAT & CUPRA, Sales & After Sales networks Availability of the required info and resources for Markets on responsibility to plan and proceed according to the strategy of SEAT S.A. and CUPRA

Requisitos mínimos

Academic Background

University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and/or studies related to the role


Languages

English: B2 or similar.

Recommended: Spanish and German


Experience

2- 3 years in Automotive Industry in Sales
