As our Italian-speaking Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering unparalleled customer experiences across Europe
In this dynamic position, you'll:
- Lead the smooth processing and tracking of customer orders, ensuring they reach their destination on time while proactively addressing any logistical challenges.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with precision, delving into root causes to prevent future recurrences and elevate our service standards.
- Collaborate closely with our Accounts Receivable team to manage invoices and swiftly resolve any disputes, maintaining financial integrity.
- Champion customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and providing transparent updates on order statuses.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams like Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Tech Service to optimize our operations and elevate customer delight.
- Serve as the frontline liaison, managing incoming correspondence and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, showcasing our commitment to seamless communication.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A proven track record in customer-facing roles, demonstrating your ability to navigate diverse challenges with finesse.
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), and MS Office suite, empowering you to navigate complex data and workflows effortlessly.
Meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to decode intricate sales agreements, proposals, and purchase orders with ease.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, allowing you to effectively engage with our diverse customer base and cultivate lasting relationships.
