Tasks and Responsibilities

Planning :

To act as a financial business partner and advisor by enabling and supervising forecasting and budgeting processes of the Food and Beverage business units.

Reporting:

To define the proper financial KPIs to track the business performance. To ensure the consistency of KPI and financial impacts vs budget/forecast/ previous year. To coordinate and supervise the managerial accounting rules and policies and develop areas of improvement (managerial accounting policies and cost centers allocation) for the Food and Beverage business units.

Controlling:

To analyze monthly reports to ensure understanding of the financial figures and KPIs for a proper understanding of the revenue growth, business profitability and cash generation of the Food and Beverage business units. Cost control vs budget of the Food and Beverage business units, both operational and capital expenditures. Identification of existent risks/accounting issues of the Food and Beverage business units and link them with Internal Controlling breakdowns by providing feedback to the IC coordinator. To synthesize the F&B business and operations information from a financial perspective in order to foresee and to anticipate possible economic risks as well as to seek for new opportunities.

Business support:

Be a Business Partner for the F&B commercial and operations teams, identifying processes and policies improvements to increase efficiency / profitability, facilitating cost reduction, providing recommendations, guidelines and analysis. Quality assurance of the support documentation for investment projects of F&B business units. Liaise with other cross-functional departments and provide sound reliable data for business decision-making (e.g. NPDs, price quotes, cost-saving initiatives, etc.) Be in charge of general ad hoc reporting, business modelling and finance control of the F&B business units, when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business studies (Business Administration, Finance, or similar). CMA, CIA, CIMA or CPA or similar will be a plus. 4/5 years experience as an operations/business controller with proven track exposure to the business and deep knowledge of cost control.  Lean Manufacturing Knowledge (Six Sigma Certification or similar) will be valuable. Experienced in international and matrix environments. Fluent in English. Advanced level of all the Office Package (especially MS Excel). Advanced level of platforms for enterprise business intelligence (BI). Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities.
