Job Description

IDIADA is looking for a highly motivated financial controller for R&D projects related to Connected and Automated Mobility. IDIADA is leading the coordination of differents R&D international projects and requires a financial controller that supports the Project Managers on the financial reporting activities as well as other administrative and comunication tasks.

The position will be based in IDIADA premises in Santa Oliva (Spain).

You will work with the Innovation team of the ADAS and Electronics departments. Your role will be to take care of the financial analysis, accounting and invoicing process of R&D projects, in close coordination with the Project Managers and the Innovation Manager.

As part of your tasks , you will communicate regularly with international partners of the projects to coordinate on the project financials and other administrative and logistics activities related to these projects.

You will be responsible to generate the periodical financial reports on the evolution of the projects according to the European Commission standard formats with the support of IDIADA Financial and Innovation Departments.

Qualifications

Qualifications Profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in project administration. Experience with European Commision projects will be an asset for the position.

• Experience in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tables

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office and Powerpoint

• Interest in new technologies, automotive and electric vehicles

• Analytic and problem-solving skills

• Communicative and team player

Education

• Degree in administrative management, business, finance or economics

Languages

• Fluent in English and Spanish
