Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, we are looking for a profile with experience in Corporate sales, for mobility company (Rent a Car), preferably who has worked in the tourism sector (hotel, travel agency, etc...).

You will be responsible for attracting and maintaining the Company's client portfolio in the assigned area, according to the guidelines and objectives of the department, in order to increase the company's results in the area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis of the client portfolio assigned for their loyalty and increase in business opportunities: analyzing their business to provide them with the best mobility solutions through a consultative sale, according to their needs.

Monitor the level of customer satisfaction  with our service to make sure we meet their expectations and, in the event of deviations, to seek appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with Management Control that the pricing strategies are met, thus achieving the appropriate balance between what the market is willing to pay and the profitability of the product, controlling and monitoring to ensure that the profitability is maintained, and if not, propose corrective actions.

Attend sectoral events (tourism, mobility, etc ...), corporate or by customers, to increase the presence of the company in front of both current and potential customers to increase business relationships

Promote the improvement of commercial performance in Operations and the business units of the Group to improve the quality of the service, analysis of office openings, quality of commercial contacts, sales opportunities.

Make sure that the complaint management channels work effectively for the resolution of complaints.

Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the campaigns achieve the greatest possible impact, facilitating the customer's vision and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Follow the internal procedures and standards that guarantee the quality and ethics of the service and commercial performance.

Monitor, analyze and report the performance and results of the Europcar products by the sales channel, maximizing the use of tools such as Sales Force

Carry out market studies for the incorporation of new clients, analyze the competition to be proactive in managing and presenting the business plan.
