Role Description:

At Patrique Mercier Recruitment, we are currently seeking a dedicated Swedish Speaking Recruiter to join our team. As an integral part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing the candidate experience. Furthermore, you'll be required to effectively liaise with our diverse clientele, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with utmost professionalism. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of the recruitment process within a wide of sectors.

Requirements:
  • Valid European Union passport
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal)
  • Openness to learning and development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of 2000 euros per month, plus bonuses
