Exoticca is looking for a Creative Copywriter. In this position you’ll be reporting to the Creative Manager and will be partnering with other creatives (Art, Designers and Copywriters) in the creative team on a variety of creative projects. Our ideal candidate has excellent English skills to conceptualize, write and pitch work to all stakeholders. You are also a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, with a natural aptitude for collaboration.

Responsibilities:

-Develop creative concepts and copy for integrated campaigns/assets: from taglines and scripts to concepts for experiential installations, digital activations and social content, websites, e-mails, banners, scripts, promotions. Offline writing: Brochures, POS, advertisements, press.

-Experienced in writing/creating commercial content.

-Translate complex product and customer stories into easy digestible messaging across many different channels

-Oversee copy for all projects in production, working with the team to verbalise ideas, iron out concepts, and solve creative issues through copy.

-Close collaboration with a team of designers, writers, subject matter experts, and internal leaders.

-Excellent culture references. You´ll know exactly what´s trending right now. And where we are going with AI.

-Understand full funnel communication – awareness to conversion, ability to write copy that can hook/attract our customers, strongly show what we offer

-Understanding of both B2B and B2C communication

-Lead the copy conversation with key stakeholders; proactively respond to feedback in person and in writing; follow up and work hand in hand with other creatives and project manager

-Creatively responsible for all key copy and campaign content

-Ensure everything makes sense, is consistent and meets the brand’s tone of voice.

-Presenting ideas and building stakeholder relationships is second nature to you.

-You are brilliant at transforming product and sales content into consumer centric, relevant copy, based on briefs, and from drafts written by others.

-You combine creative writing with critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions to the right stakeholders and lock down ideas from a conceptual perspective.

Requirements

-University degree in advertising or similar + specialization in creativity You’re experienced in developing copy-based concepts with clever taglines and other creative copy.

-Proven experience of at least 3 years in professional copywriting experience in advertising (agency)

-A strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple formats (digital, video, social, brochures etc.) is required.

-Experience crafting brand voice, tone, and style guides ensuring consistent language across multiple touchpoints.

-An incredibly detail-oriented and organized person

-An ability to adapt quickly and compromise with others without compromising our voice and integrity.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Native English and fluent in Spanish

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

-Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.

-Based in Barcelona.
