Order Fulfiller

Responsibilities

Delivery notes creation: direct customers, traded goods and intracompany deliveries.

Purchase Order creation: Placing PO’s based on Forecast, customer orders and sales demand

Sales orders and replanishment orders confirmation (ATP), stock allocation.

Interface between Suppliers / Sales / CSD / Export Desk, TM and WH.

Consolidation of orders ( several orders/same customer/same delivery date).

Ensure the adequate status of orders (unconfirmed/confirmed) within the system in 48h.

Proposals for problem solving of deviations from supply process and information to business partners.

Quick reaction front unexpected issues and urgent requirements from other departments (CSD, Sales, TM, WH).

Ensure that customer restrictions and special requirements are respected (i.e. mix of batches, expiration dates)

Follow up on Purchase Order status

Requirements

Educational (technical or university) degree related to Administration, Logistics, Supply...

Minimum experience in similar position or activities, ready to execute the activities of the position (Order Fullfiller).

Cross functional knowledge (e.g. Sales / SCM)

Good networking capabilities / team player

High Communication skills

Plus: Good knowledge in SAP / APO

Self driven working style

Language skills: Good level of English
