Creative Leadership: Oversee the brands visual identity ensuring creativity and consistency across all channels Lead your team in delivering standout design outcomes that align with TravelPerks strategic objectivesnbsp; Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability ensuring seamless crossfunctional communication and knowledge sharing Creative Impact: Drive creative initiatives that add measurable value to the company Collaborate with senior leadership to align design goals with business objectives Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of design initiatives and guide future strategies Team Management: Manage a small agile team of designers setting clear goals and expectations that align with companywide OKRs Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability within the team Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the design team and other departments such as marketing product and technology Ensure that design initiatives are aligned with broader company goals and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the creative process Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the budgeting and resourcing of the design team ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize efficiency and impact OKR and Goal Setting: Contribute to the development of companywide OKRs ensuring that designrelated goals are clearly communicated and understood across the organization SelfServe Enablement amp; Scale: Support the creation testing and implementation of selfserve templates and tools enabling others to design at speed without compromising our brand or consuming excessive design resources In addition explore and deploy tools to scale creative outputs in particular for adsnbsp;
What Youll Need to Succeednbsp;
8 years experience in creative design and branding with at least 3 years in a leadership roleBachelors degree in Design or a related field A Masters degree is a plusStrong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving highimpact creative initiativesExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leadershipPrevious experience in budget management and resource allocationProficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive datainformed decisionsFamiliarity with creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferredExperience with design software eg Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch is a plusnbsp;
