Funciones:

Identificar oportunidades de optimización y nuevas estrategias para incrementar la colocación de productos bancarios en canales digitales (app y sitio web). Colaborar en el diseño de campañas e iniciativas comerciales. Coordinar la implementación, seguimiento y medición de las acciones planeadas, con las áreas de Producto, CRM, Marketing, BI y Data Science. Negociar con áreas de Producto y soporte (CRM, CRO, Marketing, Legal, etc.) para la correcta planeación, activación y medición de iniciativas y estrategias. Manejar KPIs digitales y su traducción en beneficios para el negocio.

Experiencia:

Experiencia de al menos años en Digital Performance o Performance Marketing. Perfil data-driven. Deseable orientación en app marketing. Ideal experiencia en industria bancaria, con conocimiento de productos de Crédito (no indispensable) Conocimiento y entendimiento de Business analytics y Data Science. Conocimiento de herramientas de medición y atribución: Google Analytics, Looker, Branch/Appsflyer o similares. Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
