Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate should align with our brand values and be capable of managing a variety of tasks related to influencer marketing. You will be responsible for negotiating with influencers, creating briefings, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Additionally, you will handle content validation, client relationships, contract generation, and billing follow-up.

About the Brand:

Our brand is dedicated to engaging with Gen Z and the LGTBIQ+ community through innovative and non-conservative approaches. We strive to be disruptive and alternative, making a significant impact in the industry. Familiarity with male makeup trends is a plus. As an Influencer Specialist, you will work with high-valued brands in the makeup industry.

Requirements• Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for our clients
• Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining a continuous communication with all stakeholders
• Effectively connect with the client, understanding their needs and cooperating with the team
• Maintain high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management
• Close deals with existing relationships
• Influencer strategy and management   

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of relevant experience in content marketing or influencer marketing in agency environment
• Familiarity with male makeup trends is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
• Great organizational and analytical skills
• Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• High energy and can-do attitude
• Goal-oriented and fast-learning and autonomous worker
• A good network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies
• Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, good relationship is a plus
• English is necessary, any other language is a plus
