About this role : 

We are on the lookout for a Business Operations Coordinator (f/m/x) to join our French team, focused on enhancing the efficiency and customer satisfaction across various business operations within our channels in the market. This role is pivotal in streamlining operations, boosting team synergy, and elevating the customer experience, ensuring smooth and effective business operations.

Based in Madrid or Paris , this position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of the Global Savings Group (GSG) family, contributing to our mission while advancing your professional development within an international network.


Responsibilities:

Execute daily operations for monetized assets in line with commercial agreements. Execute marketing strategies, including campaigns, newsletters, content, and social media, alongside creating necessary commercial support assets. Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns and adjust KPIs to ensure success. Generate regular commercial reports for presentation to both internal and external stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational excellence. Embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous learning and development through participation in internal projects and initiatives.


Your Profile: 

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Business Operations or Marketing role. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Proficiency in G-Suite Packages (Sheets, Docs, Slides), with a strong emphasis on digital tools. Demonstrated capability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and intercultural environment, with a team-oriented mindset. A proactive approach and problem-solving skills. An inspiring attitude, capable of both inspiring and drawing inspiration from team experiences and dedication.
